Somebody took my weekend.

February 27th, 2005

God dammit, it’s Sunday night and I haven’t done any of the things that I wanted/needed to do this weekend. Violet and I spent the vast majority of the time planning, designing, and supervising the major changes the landlord wanted in the front yard. And I mean major changes, large sections of grass were removed, stepping stones were put in, and well over 140 grown plants were planted (this doesn’t even count the 600+ bulbs that are still in the garage). It looks amazing (pictures soon) but it took tons of time (Lady V and I didn’t do any of the planting (thank the gods)) and kept us from cleaning house, getting ready for the next week, etc.

A quick scan of my feeds reveals nothing all that interesting…except this. Untraceable blogs, interesting idea, but if it’s untraceable does that limit it’s effectiveness as an anti-tyranny tool? Of course a tool that goes unused (or is unable/illegal to be used as the case may be) is as useless as that whose effects are unseen or considered unreliable…

Sorry, kind of thinking out loud there. What were we talking about?
